Shipping

Currently we only deliver in the Denver Metro area. Our delivery area is expanding rapidly and we look forward to serving all areas in the Denver metro area soon.

Please check our Delivery Service page to view our current delivery area or contact us to check if we deliver to your neighborhood.

Because of the nature of our product and its freshness, we do not ship our product but deliver it directly to your doorstep. We do not deliver or ship outside of Denver, CO at this time.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back. If our product fails to meet your expectations then we will gladly pick up our bottles and process a refund for your purchase within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Submit a return request within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, after 7 days your purchase is not eligible for a refund.

There are no fees associated with a return and refund request.

If you are on a Subscription plan, only your last order is eligible for a refund.

Please contact us to request a return, we will schedule the best time to come pick up our bottles from your doorstep.

We do request that you return your glass bottles upon return or cancellation of your subscription as we try to be as zero-waste as possible. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of the bottles from your refund (or last billing) if we don’t receive the bottles back from you.

Cancellations

One-Time Orders and Subscriptions can be cancelled before delivery and you will receive a full refund for your order.

If you need to skip service of your weekly delivery you can contact us and we’ll be glad to process your request. You can also complete this process yourself directly from your My Account page.

You can cancel and terminate your subscription at any time. Please note that if you need to stop service for an extended period of time you may instead place your subscription “on-hold” directly from your My Subscriptions page. This will effectively stop any future billing to your account. You can then resume service whenever you are ready.

If you have made a purchase or subscribed from outside our service area, first we will contact you and try to fulfill your order, if we are not able to fulfill your order then we will process a full refund of your purchase.

All glass bottles must be returned to us upon cancellation of your subscription and 1 week after a one-time order is delivered.
