Better Sleep with Lavender Water Kefir

How to Create Water Kefir Green Juice

PREP TIME:

5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 small green apple
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1 celery rib
  • 1 or 2 tbsp parsley
  • 12oz of LIFE Probiotics Grapefruit water kefir.

The most beautiful thing about this Green Juice is that you can experiment with your ingredients. I do not like it too sweet but if you do you can add honey.

You can add spinach, ginger root (or Ginger-Turmeric water kefir instead of Grapefruit or Orange LIFE water kefir). There are endless combinations!
